Lifecycle of an operation

The main stages of an operation are structured as follows:

  • Choice of country and feasibility study.
  • Collection of computers that are no longer in use.
  • Preparation, formatting, and installation of open-source software on these PCs (Linux system, LibreOffice word processing, Gcompris educational software, etc.). Partnership with Humanis.
  • Organization of transport from Strasbourg to the destination site.
  • Participation in on-site installation and implementation of both theoretical and practical training for the use of the equipment.
